Why don't they put in better quality click sensors? These are not cheap mice. The frustrating thing is this is an issue that crops up regularly with their mice. I decided to post a review after I realized what a big problem it is. Recently I looked online and found a DYI guide to take the mouse apart and clean contacts to fix it, but they only somewhat improved the situation. I put it aside and started using another mouse. It also only worked for a couple months and began doing the same thing. I contacted Razer for an RMA, they were great, got new one and it worked. It became increasingly bad, at about 4 mos it was about 1 out of 3 clicks. It only happened like 1 out of 20 times at first so I wasn't concerned (didn't realize it was a mouse issue, just figured I messed up). It would register an additional click when I released the button. Within 2 months I started slowly noticing unusual behavior with the left button. Tracking feels great.Ĭons: I've had this for ~8 months now. Even though it doesn't have dedicated on-the-fly DPI buttons, its easy to assign them in the software. Pros: Great software, feels good, weight feels nice, tons of buttons.
